I currently pay a significant amount of money for what is supposed to be Verizon’s best plan with top coverage, yet my phone has been stuck in SOS with no service and no resolution. What’s even more frustrating is that I tried multiple times to contact customer service, only to be disconnected. I then attempted to call a local Verizon store directly, and no one answered the phone. When you’re paying premium prices, this level of inaccessibility is unacceptable. At this point, I’m left without reliable service and without any support from Verizon to help resolve the issue. There has been zero communication, zero accountability, and zero solutions. Customers should not have to chase down help or be left in the dark, especially during service outages. For the amount Verizon charges, I expect far better reliability and customer care. This experience has seriously made me reconsider whether staying with Verizon is worth it.

Morris was the young man who helped my husband and I switch from another provider, and got us both some great rates AND new devices! (The trade in deals were 👌) I personally am loving my recent switch from Apple to Android, the Galaxy Flip 7 is so CUTE 💕 But yeah, the process was long (due to the previous provider's yadda-yadda) but Morris was patient and informative. We are very happy new customers so far! 😍
