Morris was the young man who helped my husband and I switch from another provider, and got us both some great rates AND new devices! (The trade in deals were 👌) I personally am loving my recent switch from Apple to Android, the Galaxy Flip 7 is so CUTE 💕 But yeah, the process was long (due to the previous provider's yadda-yadda) but Morris was patient and informative. We are very happy new customers so far! 😍

I said why can’t they show me the phones , I said wanted to just ask about the phones they would not help. So I went to the kingwood store and he never ask about the account. And he went through all the phones. So I bought a Google 9, IPhone 16 pro max , and I watch series 10. So because they didn’t want to help me they lost out on three sales. I guess they never saw the movie pretty woman , big mistake huge mistake
