  Avoid this place at ALL costs. Prepare to wait at least an hour for whatever you need to drop off or pick up. Zero urgency. I had an iPhone battery replaced here- they heavily suggested and pushed for us to replace the screen as well which had a tiny scratch in it (for $300+). After close to $400 later invested in my phone, it still DIDN'T work after bringing home. Took it back, after waiting over an hour the best they could do is have apple overnight another phone (so much for the fixed screen for hundreds of dollars). On day 2 still no phone or word from them and I can't get a single person on the phone FROM THE STORE to see if it's there. Ive called 8 times, EIGHT! I've been on the phone over an hour trying to get someone on the phone. Each call, after wasting 20 minutes with an automated service bot, I get a customer service center or wrong department every time with zero help. They always "transfer me to the store," it rings twice and then I get hung up on every time. They keep telling me just go up there but when you have a 3 and 4 year old and not sure if you're gonna have to wait hours to be seen for nothing (if my phone isn't there yet) it would just be nice to know over the phone if my phone is there or not. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER EVER do business with Best Buy/geek squad ever again. I should've just upgraded my phone & avoided all of this.

  Great customer service - we’ve used them several times for various issues and have always had a positive outcome.

  They are so quick to take your money to "fix the problem " but don't actually fix it. Once you need a refund get ready for the run around. I've been on the phone for almost 2 hours, I have been transferred atleast 10 times, and there is still no solution. Go somewhere else.
