- TBTiayana BranchJul 17, 20252.0Experience was not very welcoming at all. You can tell the lady that was working on 7/16/25 hates her job because she was not nice nor welcoming or helpful at all. I went in to change my number & I had a police report to use that would waive the 15 fee & she didn’t help to get it waived & I wasn’t about to make a big deal of it, even though 611 told me I could get it waived due to threats & harassment. Don’t expect 5 star treatment at this location. Hopefully she sees this & change her attitude towards customers that haven’t done anything to her for her to be so stank
