  Geek squad the worst never ever coming here for a phone repair waited 5 days to see if a part for my phone arrived and no call or nothing had to go in without appointment. As I waited no one acknowledged me the whole 10 minutes I was there to see what i was there for. when they finally saw me he said to give him 10 minutes. after he was done with a customer he help out another customer all while i was waiting for one simple answer witch was if they had my part and he knew what I was waiting for

  I usually don’t do reviews but I went to this store today to get my first laptop and I bought the Lenovo Laptop and Headphones. The laptop is so cool and it goes super fast as well and works perfectly, and the headphones although I bought the 20 dollar ones It works really good very clear audio. Thank you whoever helped me in the Microsoft section. They were able to get what I needed pretty fast and were very helpful and kind .

  Have to give a very big thank you to Justin, I don’t know his last name but he was helping me as a host or something? He went out of his way to help me find a tablet in store, while I never got the actual item and won’t be able to till tomorrow if another location doesn’t have a better version. I really am appreciative of your help Justin. He went above and beyond to help my daughter and he even noticed she was autistic and was about to have a meltdown. He never judged and was patient with us through and through and offered any help to accommodate both of us being comfortable while waiting to find the item all the way to us leaving. Thank you again

  This location doesn't participate in deals advertised as nationwide. Went in to recycle a car load of old electronics, brought one keyboard to the customer service window for the Logitech coupon which can be redeemed online or in store. The advisor said she didn't think they were doing the deal, but I convinced her to look for it. Said they only have a coupon for Turtle Beach. Ok, whatever. She prints it off for me, and it's an in store only coupon. I guess we're falling for the bait and switch in 2026

  If I could give the “car audio installation” folks zero stars and write a review, I would. Guy was smug, obnoxious, and scoffed at what I had bought for the installation. He told me he wouldn’t have time to install the camera with the radio and I’d have to make another appointment for another day…. All he had to do was plug it in. Did that annoy me, yes, did i call it bullshit, yes. He then told me I didn’t have the correct harness because “that’s not what I carry here”…. Without looking at what I had bought. The guy never told me his name but he’s about 5,2”, 600 lbs. I would suggest going anywhere but the Humble Best Buy.
