  I am only giving 3 Stars because of Caesar. He was great! However Dewayne or Duane however you spell it from Geek Squad was not very personable or friendly. Not only did he tell me to wait or hold on one minute more than once (I was there since 12 and didn’t get out until 6ish) but he helped another woman (elderly and pale toned) who came well after me first before helping me! I felt disrespected and unseen and unheard! Before Ceasar left, due his shift being over, he advised me that Dewayne would be helping me and he was of no help! Not only that but when i did decide enough was enough and got up to walk away, only then did he address me and my daughter and say “is everything good” knowing good and well it was not! Please do better! Treat people with respect! As i mentioned, I had been there since 12. Left at 1 came back around 2 and was told it would be another hour or so. Left came back at 5 and waited another hour and 1/2 only to be ignored! Shame!!!!!!1 5/10 do not recommend especially if Dewayne assist you.

  I ordered some items for 1 hour pickup, was ready in less than 20! Everyone from the front door to the counter and back seemed very happy, made for a nice visit and pickup was seamless! Thanks!

  Paid for a TV, had it delivered, placed on the wall, pulled the plastic off and the whole screen was shattered . Appeared to start inR lower corner. Looked at the box and that area was damaged so you know they dropped it. Couldn't be missed. Worst part they wouldn't allow me to take back to the store that day because ot was delivered and I wasn't going to get a replacement for 4 days. I just wanted my mo ey back and will never buy from them again.

  Went in Humble store to look at curved gaming monitors shortly after open Saturday [President' day wknd]. Two staff members circling around me as i was comparing components. They interrupted me by stating, sir, could we get in here with the step ladder? No offer first to assist me, absolutely no tack or service excellence. I spoke to floor mgr Demarcus. Stating he would address their conduct. But did not do so while we were there. We left items and walked out. Can't wait for brick and mortar companies to close down so we can all order online and avoid robotic numb minded associates.

  Went to Geeks part inside. My laptop didn't connect to internet and it was a dead hard drive. They assist me with getting a new one and setting me back up. Several trips inside...but its done
