  A new TV for me in 10 minutes. I went in told them what I was looking for, and they showed me a great deal. 2 employees in the TV section and the front end employees did an awesome job of getting me in and out

  I was in the market for a new laptop and Kay was more than helpful. He went above and beyond to help me out. I told him because I wasn't going to purchase the laptop today, because my company would be purchasing it, I told him the least I could do is write a good review for him. He deserves to be recognized for his help and willingness to educate me on the right computer.

  The guy who claims to be the manager as of 03/24 at this humble tx location there isn't 1% of skills in him for being a manager where he simply couldn't provide me the resolution of an issue related to pick up and delivery where a customer himself requested for alternative and found a resolution, when asked for higher escalation department to get his complain lodged for misbehaving replied and denied having any other escalation member or department available Imagine best buy just have 1 point of escalation lol Then eventually i had to skip my important meeting wasted my 30 minutes stop figured out customer service department myself got the issue resolved myself Woahh kudos and keep it up i will never ever shop from not just this specific location but i will never ever stop at any best buy again

  Greek squad here is very understaffed. But there are tons of Best Buy employees walking around talking among themselves. I went to check out, and the lady who rang me up did not ask me to enter my phone number so that way I can have my purchase saved. Then she did not bag my items that she rang up. I had to ask her to go back and let me add my number, and I had to ask her to give me a bag. I don’t understand why we can’t just do things the way they should be done the first time around or at least ask. Do I have an account, or at least ask what I like to leave with a bag for all of my items?
