- DTDanial TinaMay 31, 20251.0SHADY BUSINESS LOCATION. THIS LOCATION IS NOT VERIZON. We did upgrade online and chose this store as pick up location. They gave us an opened box phone with fingerprints all over it without telling us. We found out after getting home and took off the rubber band they put around it. Days later we are still struggling to get the phone replaced with a new one. They can’t help. Verizon customer service over the phone can’t help. And corporate stores can’t help either (because this location is not Verizon owned). So be aware. I do not recommend visiting 3rd party stores. Verizon support cannot help you when it’s an authorized dealer like this one. Here I am, stuck with $1000 contract and a used phone I can’t return.
