  Jason was not helpful and very unprofessional at work. He complained about not getting commission for my phone due to it being an exchange so he was basically working for free. I came in 4 different times, in which he lied to me about something each time. He ordered me a phone to the store and it got stolen (wasn’t his fault) but how he dealt with it before and after was terrible. He told me my phone would be delivered by Wednesday in which they would call and let me know; however, since the service provider was having issues that day and not being able to call I expected one Thursday. I waited until after I finished work and went in, only for him to say he hasn’t looked at the boxes and was going to check for me tomorrow even though I was in the store until I said something. Every time I came in I wasted 2-3 hours and this Saturday I sat in the store for 4 hours thinking I will finally get my phone but then something came up and he told me he can’t resolve it I have to go home and come back tomorrow, but since I came in so much and spent so much time he would make sure he has a worker help me tomorrow and get me them. He ended up not even finalizing any of the information when I came in the day after and saying no one can help me I have to come back Monday. Ariana, who was in the store at the time was a dear. She helped solved my problem very quickly within an hour in which included the transfer process of my phone as well afterwards. I asked Jason since the day before on specific models in which he lied and told me they were out of stock in order for me to purchase the 512gb ones (probably since he works on commission) while when I asked Ariana, she went into the back and found the models we wanted and even said she sold the last one that he claimed to not have the morning of when I went there. She told me that there were no new shipments so there was no reason for Jason to lie and say there was only two 512gb phones left when there was clearly the 256gb ones there. It seems he only cares about commission and not about resolving the customers actual issues or wasting their time… go to Ariana or even Dre. Avoid dealing with Jason.

  We worked with Frank and a very nice woman who set up my phone. She was super helpful. I didn’t catch her name but she was great.
