When we started our service on Oct 8th we were at the store for more then 4hrs ( management can look it up on camera ) he was charging me $600 ended up paying $520+ said that included the taxes and activation fees only for 4 lines plus a used iPad line , now Verizon sent me a first month bill for $600 …… Went to this fake Verizon store “ VICTRA “ and no one can help Called Verizon customer service and they are saying they can’t help since we did our service at a 3rd party store BEWARE !!!!!!! Go to a corporate version store Update 10/30 Ive called the store several times , it sends me directly to the customer service and no one picks up or never get no call back or anything Very bad way to do business and lie to a new customer . If VICTRA is interested in resolving this the store has my name and number , I was the customer JOEY had at the store for 4 hours on 10/8 that should of been the first red flag for me to get up and leave
