It took us three times to try and transfer the information from my obsolete iPhone 11 to a brand new phone that I was picking up from him and I couldn’t do it and he directed me to the Apple Store and gave me the map coordinates for it. He couldn’t have been more helpful and he’s also fun to hang with if you have any problem with your phone stuff bring it to Mark I’ll take care of you.
