I paid for the phone and had a receipt showing for pick up at this location "if i want a phone" was the response when I have paid and tried to do business. Horrible experience please do not patronize with them.

Never got notification my order was ready, tried to call to check on status and got a call center and was told I just had to wait. Several days later, they cancel my order due to "no pick-up" even though it was never available to be picked up. I call Verizon and the promotion is now over, have to escalate to try to get the phone on the initial sale price. What a waste of my time and horrible service.
