    The store manager was rude and unhelpful the rep was trying to figure out my situation and the manager told him not to and I need to call if I want a phone. I paid for the phone and had a receipt showing for pick up at this location "if i want a phone" was the response when I have paid and tried to do business. Horrible experience please do not patronize with them.

    I should've known better and not picked an authorized retailer for phone pick-up. Never got notification my order was ready, tried to call to check on status and got a call center and was told I just had to wait. Several days later, they cancel my order due to "no pick-up" even though it was never available to be picked up. I call Verizon and the promotion is now over, have to escalate to try to get the phone on the initial sale price. What a waste of my time and horrible service.

    It’s always a less than desired process to deal with a new phone and setup but I can’t rave enough about Marc! He was incredibly easy to work with, thank you Marc!!

    Had a great experience with this store. Marc is super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me activate my new phone when I couldn't get it done on my own without my old sim card. I highly recommend coming to see him if you need a new phone. He's the man and this location is great

    To no fault of the staff, the hardware I ordered was stolen in transit. I was trying to obtain four new devices. The staff at the store went through extra lengths to ensure I had the devices and they were all activated. Special thanks to Trinity, Marc and Jonah.
