When she started looking at my account she upgraded lines, added streaming services and still didn't give us the price of the phone out the door. We confirmed before we left that NOTHING was changed then while driving I received a text stating we have completed enrollment in a new phone plan, disney, netflix and took away our Hotspot..... we had to actaully call corporate number to speak with them about getting it all changed back. This is a sketchy store and ALLWAYS check your bill for unplanned updates.
