I came in to purchase 4 new iPhone 17 Pro Max devices and 4 new lines, and despite the store being almost empty, I was made to wait over an hour. There were only two employees working, and instead of helping customers in order, they spent the entire time laughing and chatting with one family, giving them all of their attention. When I finally asked how much longer it would take, I was told to wait another hour, with no apology or sense of urgency. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customers’ time was extremely frustrating. I left without being helped and will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing service. I hope it had an option for negative rating, they surely deserve that.
