    Lucky I didn’t stop by in person. The guy I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Completely unprofessional. I will never come here, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

    I switched to Verizon because I was quoted a specific monthly price. Shortly after switching, I received my first bill and it was double the amount I was promised. When I contacted customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do. I also contacted the Verizon store, and I have received no response. This feels misleading and extremely disappointing, especially since the quoted price was the main reason I switched. I do have a recording of the entire conversation and will be following up through legal channels. Please do not ask me to contact Verizon again—I have already done so. If Verizon would like to resolve this, they can contact me directly.

    Waiting for my new phone to be ready for pickup (express, supposed to be within an hour), 5 days later my order gets cancelled because I didn’t pick it up???? Was never notified that it was ready, even though I called 3x in 5 days to see why there hadn’t been any updates. POOR POOR communication. Once again I am so disappointed in Verizon

    Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had With Any Carrier I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this Verizon store, all because of a completely incompetent and misleading salesperson named Rudy. He made me go through the entire process of switching my phone and plan, and I spent over two hours waiting while he set everything up. He gave me a specific price for the phone I was going to trade in, and based on THAT information, I agreed to the process. But when it was finally time to pay, the amount he told me was not the same. He then told me to “come back the next day” because there weren’t enough people in the office to finish what he had already started. After wasting hours of my time, I had to leave the store with no phone line, relying on Wi-Fi from an old device he let me borrow just so I could get home safely. Completely unacceptable. He told me to return at 9 AM the next morning, and when I arrived, I was told something even worse: because I’m a new customer, I would have to pay out of pocket, and maybe after more than a month I could get a refund. That is NOT what he told me. I was baited with a false price, misled, and completely taken advantage of. I lost valuable time, money, and work hours because of his incompetence. And instead of taking responsibility, the staff told me there was nothing they could do and that I basically had to “figure it out myself.” They couldn’t even properly restore my line to the previous state. No solutions. No accountability. No respect for my time or situation. This was supposed to be a simple, pleasant experience especially during the holidays and instead it turned into a stressful, frustrating, and honestly humiliating ordeal. I feel misled, scammed, and completely disappointed in Verizon for hiring someone like Rudy and for providing zero support to a new customer. If this is how Verizon treats people, I regret ever walking into this store.
