  Just walked out with the whole family owning new phones for cheaper than T-Mobile! Yep, that’s right, go over and see Mohamed at this Clear Lake Verizon store and you won’t regret you did! Amazing staff, amazing service! Can’t thank you enough for making it possible to get my family equipped with new phones! Way to set the standard for customer service, pricing, and products!! Piling on here, had an issue with my first bill and Mohamed got on the phone with corporate and had it fixed in no time! Can’t say enough about this store and its owner! Truly unmatched service!

  I had an absolutely excellent experience at Verizon thanks to Wasay, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and most importantly completely honest which is rare these days when buying a new phone and line. Wasay took the time to really understand what I needed instead of trying to upsell me on things I didn’t want or need. He explained all my options clearly, broke down the pricing, plans, and promotions in a way that actually made sense, and made sure there were no surprises. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. He helped me get a new phone and set up a new line, handled the entire process smoothly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot), double-checked everything, and made sure I felt confident about my purchase and my plan. What really stood out to me was Wasay’s professionalism and integrity. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers, not just making a sale. That kind of service builds trust, and it’s the reason I’ll be coming back to Verizon and asking for him specifically.   I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years, and it was entirely thanks to Wasay at Verizon. From the moment I walked in, Wasay was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me not upselling or rushing me through anything. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and then went above and beyond to make it happen. Thanks to him, I walked out with a brand new Pixel 10 Pro XL at an amazing price that I honestly didn’t think was possible. What really sets Wasay apart is how thorough and patient he is. He explained every option clearly, broke down pricing and promotions in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I was getting the absolute best deal available. No pressure, no confusing jargon just honest, transparent service. He also made sure my phone was fully set up, answered every question I had, and double-checked everything so there were no surprises later. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in doing things the right way.   After foolishly switching my service to a competitor for a cheaper price and being totally misled, I returned to Verizon. I opened a new account with the assistance of Saud & Raz. What an amazing experience. These men were so professional & sincere. They spent time with me, explaining my options & getting me all set up. I give these men the highest rating possible. I had a follow up question & went back to the office for another clarification & was helped by Wasuy & got great service. These individuals are a great asset for Zerizon.
