  I've had very good service at this location. I have been helped by both Talha and Wasay. They have been professional and patient, especially when I had some complications when switching to Verizon from T-Mobile. They got me excellent deals on switching over and have provided excellent service since.

  Fantastic experience at this Verizon location. We’ve been Verizon customers for 17 years and this was the BEST customer service experience we’ve ever had with the company. Mohammed went above and beyond to provide exceptional care. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. We will come back to this location for any future needs.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at Verizon thanks to Wasay, and I felt compelled to leave this review because service like this deserves recognition. Wasay’s knowledge of Verizon’s plans, devices, and promotions is outstanding. He explained everything clearly and patiently, breaking down all the options so I could make the best decision with confidence. There was zero pressure—just honest advice and thoughtful recommendations tailored specifically to what I was looking for. He even pointed out ways for me to save money, which shows how much he truly cares about his customers. What really sets Wasay apart is his attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. He made sure my device was set up perfectly, answered all of my questions (even the small ones), and double-checked everything before I left to ensure there would be no issues later. I walked out feeling completely taken care of and confident that I made the right choices. If you’re going to Verizon and want a smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant experience, ask for Wasay.   We visited this store on December 14, 2025. For context we were with AT&T for one short month realizing our bill was not going to be what they quoted us. So we switched to Verizon, Talha and Wasay are quick and efficient, straight to the point and showed us what our bill will be in month 1 and 2, so there would be no surprises. We definitely had a way better experience with Talha and Wasay at Verizon!!

  I called for technical support yesterday about 20 minutes before the Verizon store was closing. Wasay was kind enough to help over the phone. He was not only polite and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond by calling back when the phone disconnected and patient despite the fact that it was so close to closing time. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
