    Christian is definitely the person to see! He took care of me and my family during the 3 times we visited the store in a matter of 2 days! The process took a little while due to multiple upgrades and it approached closing time. Christian never rushed us and he was extremely patient and considerate. He always greeted with a smile, personable, and kept the same great energy that I truly enjoyed each time! Very funny & educated guy. He informed us of different specials Verizon were offering. Christian explained the process step by step, ensured we understood our billing, and that we were satisfied with our upgrade phones along with the service provided. All of our questions were answered. I highly recommend you visit this location and ask for Christian! Tell him Chelsea sent you!

    We were there for two different needs and the first need for my son's phone was taken care of promptly. My second need, moving one account to another active phone that still has a contract took us a couple of hours. Our rep, she was fairly new and amazing but their iPad kept having connectivity issues and low battery. The rep was very patient and thorough with understanding my needs. The rep ended up needing to call Verizon to make sure my adjustments were correct on my account, and they put her on hold for so long and then ended up calling her, while she was still "on hold" from her initial call.

    Terrible service. When we rang the doorbell the man who opened it told us we wouldn’t be helped any time soon. We were the only one waiting and it still was over a hour before anyone started the process with us. On top of that if you’re upgrading your phone and you have stolen mode that takes another hour to turn off before anyone can help you. Maybe they could have said that when we walked in so we didn’t waste our time.

    Poor service. Lady did not great us properly. We had no idea we needed to ring a doorbell and when she opened the door for us she did not smile and gave us attitude saying “your suppose to ring the doorbell” was our first time in Verizon since we are deciding to move lines… Not sure what her name was but I do have a description of her
