    I've stopped by this location a couple of times before and never had any issues. However, today I was so desperate for help and luckily for me Joe was there. He was patient and determined to resolve my issue and he was successful. I really appreciate his help today. Thank you, Joe!!

    Worst customer service from some dude name Diego . Just a bad attitude not willing to help on anything . From the get go he was mad at the world .

    Unfortunately I heard such great things about Diego but couldn't share the same experience. Not sure if he was having a bad day or if he just felt stressed under my questions. I came in looking to switch my phone since it had been giving me problems. He was eager to help but when I had asked him about a charge in the contract and where that's coming from he got flustered. He responded with " I don't know but you can call customer service or read the contract" He did give more information but when I asked if he can find that in writing, he got even more bothered. I proceeded to read the contract and he called his manager over to see if he could help figure things out but had been upset with me reading the contract stating " he wants to read the contract, I don't know why" in a bad attitude/ demeanor. Manager was great but I abruptly ended the interaction due to his frustrated attitude. I responded with "you can't get upset if I'm choosing to read the contract I'm supposed to sign" I know this review won't change anything, nor will he get any actions held against him, but I do hope he gets the help he needs so he doesn't get so flustered in future customer interactions.
