An employee named Brad told me he did not have access to my account and refused to help me. He told me to call the 800 number and mail the phone instead. After being on the phone with customer service for over 20 minutes, another employee stepped in, logged into my account within 2 minutes, and helped me immediately. Meanwhile, the “manager” just stood there and did nothing. Worst Verizon store in Houston.

Told us the wait was 20 minutes, and we waited about 40 minutes with absolutely no one checking in or giving us updates whatsoever for the entire time we were waiting. Moreover, an employee came in with Little Caesar's Pizza, and all of the employees then proceeded to leave the floor and go eat in the back without notifying any of the customers. Please do not waste your time coming to this store. Just horrible, they show no respect for your time.
