Moreover, the wait time is so long, I came at around 3pm ish and there was only one person giving a service. There was a police officer as a security and saying that they were at lunch. Is it a police station having an officer in the store as serving customers? So weird. The tall male Manager left the store as well for lunch.

Claimed that he would add a line for zero charge which would lead to a lower monthly payment on a new phone (not sure how that would work, but I trusted him). When I looked at the bill we were charged for the new line. Had to spend an hour on the phone with Verizon to resolve the issue. Salesman constantly talked in circles and when we asked the manager for an explanation on the deal he didn’t provide a clear explanation. The whole location needs to be retrained or fired.

An employee named Brad told me he did not have access to my account and refused to help me. He told me to call the 800 number and mail the phone instead. After being on the phone with customer service for over 20 minutes, another employee stepped in, logged into my account within 2 minutes, and helped me immediately. Meanwhile, the “manager” just stood there and did nothing. Worst Verizon store in Houston.
