The sales person told me there was a $500 credit for Apple Watches and after about an hour of discussions and getting the trade-ins setup the sales person tells me the watch credit is only $200. Classic bait and switch. When I get up to leave he says let me go talk to my manger in the back like this after waiting for a few minutes he comes back and offers us $20 a month off our bill. Don’t come to the store. These guys are worse than car salesmen. Really pathetic sales techniques and this really gave us a sour taste for Verizon now.

I purchased an iPhone Air and was offered an $830 trade-in value for my previous iPhone Pro Max, which was in excellent condition. This $830 trade-in value was clearly stated on my bill of sale. However, a few days later, when I returned to complete the trade-in, they gave me only $300 credit. And the transaction was irreversible. The reason given was that I did not have a qualified plan at the time of purchase. This condition was never communicated to me by the salesperson, and it was certainly not mentioned when the original $830 trade-in value was agreed upon and documented. I feel misled by this process. It appears the initial sales interaction focused solely on closing the sale and securing commission, without transparently disclosing all the conditions necessary to receive the advertised trade-in value. The bill of sale doesn't mean anything. They can adjust it later saying that well, you were supposed to be in this particular plan etc. Don't trust these guys.
