    Joseph muy bien al comienzo pero luego todo mal, un desastre; de hecho iba a recomendar la empresa pero no puedo, es imposible por que si me hicieron pasar un mes confiado de que todo el proceso de pasar de una cuenta a otra estaba bien para que al final otra persona lo resolviera y evitara un mal mayor es una falta de respeto al cliente. Aunque la culpa no es de la empresa Verizon sino de Joseph por ofrecer un servicio del que no pudo. Todo lo que hizo fue fraudulento, pagué dinero que no debí y me hizo creer que me lo reintegraban y no es así, prácticamente me robó. Nefasto todo con Joseph, me robó.

    Stay away from them got samsung ultra salesman say my bill be 4 more got the bill it 432 he change all our plans add another line in which I did not need added hotspot for 5 lines at 10 each without me knowing about it change the plan without my permission added phone protection for 2 lines I ask for one line be protection then he did not take out the tow service in which I don't needed just a crook to get more money in his pocket now I have to change everything back Shame on the undermining a person who wanted 4 phone lines and not five
