    TLDR - DO NOT GO HERE. Headaches and a money grab. I wish I never switched and plan to leave as soon as possible. Service was abysmal and the aftermath is a nightmare. After setting up my phone I went back each day for three days after a mistake that could have been avoided if they care and was out of a phone for 2 days. I am on the phone with customer service CONSTANTLY and am only on my 2 bill cycle and have easily spent hours being affected with the same problem that could have been avoided in the first place. If you unfortunately are already with verizon the manager was kind, I am sorry I do not remember his name. Save the effort save the money and stick with what you have. The grass is greener over there. Their Copy paste my review from customer service ———- My initial experience switching over was awful. I used to work phone retail and we were taught customer service and guiding the customer start to finish. Uncover the need, asking about what device is right for them, and guiding the customer start to finish and my expert Detarrious did NONE of that. When I walked in and said I wanted to switch he stopped listen and only heard money signs. I would ask my questions and he would shut me down or give one word answers. I said I wanted the 3 device on us deal and he said I have to see if I have that and I said it's up on the screen behind you. Really it was code for buying time to find more things to sell me on. His go to response when I made chit chat was "that's why you don't blah blah" instead of helping me and say do this. He was not friendly and did not make chit chat and I had to pull it out of him to talk to me. I asked for a 17 pro misspoke and didn't specify pro max. I missproke yes, but he never asked are you sure or asked questions because I said and was holding my iphone 11 pro max. A fter I finished my purchases of three apple devices he tried to sell me on a chromebook. Getting that phone messed up my new phone that I had. At the end he didn't guide me and setup stuff like my verizon app or 2 freebies like hbo and netflix. Nor did he stay for the process of me moving my data over. I was stuck there so long so it was frustrating he got to leave and I was dealing with unfinished issues transferring my data. The system kept syncing to my new phone in transit. So I was without a working phone for two days going off my ipad, for something that could have been avoided for good customer service. My bill is wrong, I expected adjustments for a cycle but it's the second one. I still have to call customer service, get escalated to another department to file a ticket, and wait business days for what my bill should be in the first place. My bill went from 180 to 230 for just me!! Then when I called yesterday it made more problems on my bill. I thought to make a payment plan of 180$ so when they credited me 50$ I wouldnt have to think about it. All that work and calling and the credits wouldn't credit until the next bill cycle so I had to pay 230 regardless. I have made so many trips and calls that could have been avoided from decent customer service in the first place. I knew my bill could have been cheaper in the first place and I was right not too because it has been worse than I was expecting. I have hated every step of this process. I regret leaving and miss tmobile. As soon as I can I will be switching over. I say this long list of negative experiences to show how much Faizan being spectacular has flipped my attitude around. Every single step had been tedious and unnecessary until he came. He was outstanding fixing issues he didn't make and so kind every step of the way. I accidentally did my ratings backwards I wish I could undo it. He deserves nothing but praise and everything possible because I have really hated my experience with Verizon I just wanted to scream but Faizan made me feel patient and assured that it will all be okay. Faizan was so good I am grateful for his presence.

    Joseph muy bien al comienzo pero luego todo mal, un desastre; de hecho iba a recomendar la empresa pero no puedo, es imposible por que si me hicieron pasar un mes confiado de que todo el proceso de pasar de una cuenta a otra estaba bien para que al final otra persona lo resolviera y evitara un mal mayor es una falta de respeto al cliente. Aunque la culpa no es de la empresa Verizon sino de Joseph por ofrecer un servicio del que no pudo. Todo lo que hizo fue fraudulento, pagué dinero que no debí y me hizo creer que me lo reintegraban y no es así, prácticamente me robó. Nefasto todo con Joseph, me robó.
