Worst service. Lady at the front does not want to be there at all. If you donβt like your job why are you there. I called customer service and they did nothing to help me with getting my last bill. They told me to go to Verizon store and lady at Verizon was so rude and did not want to deal with me. No one helped me at all. Never dealing with Verizon. They do not care because I payed my bill and so they got their money.

I am a Verizon Business customer, and this has been one of the most frustrating and disrespectful customer service experiences I have ever had.
I returned a business internet modem because it did not meet my business needs. I called Customer Service, the service was disconnected, and I was told I would receive a return label. I never received it.
Then I was told to return the equipment to the store where I purchased it. I went there, only to be told they could not accept it because it was a third-party location. The store employee even called Verizon Customer Service, who explained the process to him and told him it needed to be returned at a corporate store.
I then went to the Verizon Corporate Store at 11700 Westheimer Road. I waited over an hour, holding the return box in plain sight. When I was finally helped, I was simply told βwe donβt take that hereβ, with no explanation, no solution, and no effort to help.
The worst part was the attitude of the manager, Maria. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and treated me like I was a problem instead of a paying business customer. No empathy, no ownership, no attempt to resolve the issue.
I was sent in circles between Customer Service, third-party stores, and corporate locations, wasting my time and being treated poorly at every step. This is not the level of service expected from Verizon, especially for business clients.
I am extremely disappointed and will be escalating this issue to Verizon Corporate. Customers deserve respect, clarity, and accountability β none of which I received here.
