    Creo que lo único que sirve es la atención al cliente. Si por mi fuese, no le diera ni media estrella, porque el servicio tanto del hogar como el del mobil, es totalmente Maaaalo, Malo malo, malo con M de Malisimo, a cada rato pierden señal los equipos y el WiFi de casa, me an echo perder bastante dinero ya que trabajo con el teléfono y el WiFi y no recompensan su pésimo servicio, No lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo

    Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct by Store Manager Eric I visited this Verizon store originally in August after the store manager, Eric, and one of his sales representatives attempted—unsuccessfully—to pair my Apple Watch with my phone. At the time, they were unable to resolve the issue. Today, I returned to the store with a Verizon agent (Mark, ID: 141084261) on the phone. After a detailed review, Mark identified the root cause of the problem: my account had three lines instead of two. This third line, it turns out, was fraudulently added by this store, without my knowledge or consent. When I attempted to explain this to Eric—who claimed to remember me—his demeanor shifted. He became unreasonably short, dismissive, and outright rude. As I tried to clarify that the error originated from his store, Eric repeatedly interrupted me and, in a condescending tone, said, “Do not talk while I am talking,” as if I were a child or subordinate. His behavior was not only disrespectful but completely unacceptable for someone in a management position. As I remained silent, letting Eric and the Verizon phone representative (Mark) handle the issue, Eric bizarrely chose to call a different Verizon rep on another line, ignoring the one already on the call. When Mark pointed out that he was already on the line and that a second call was unnecessary, Eric became increasingly combative and started raising his voice at the Verizon employee—insisting he didn’t need his input. At this point, Verizon rep Mark advised me to leave the store. He apologized on behalf of the company, offered to file a complaint on my behalf, and said he would attempt to fix the issue independently. However, shortly after leaving the store, I noticed that all of the perks associated with my plan had suddenly been removed—an act that appears retaliatory in nature. Eric’s conduct was wildly unprofessional, needlessly confrontational, and frankly, hostile. I highly recommend avoiding any business with this particular store manager. His behavior not only reflects poorly on Verizon but raises serious concerns about how many other customers may have unknowingly had lines added or altered without consent. This is a serious issue, and I will be filing a formal complaint directly with Verizon corporate as well as exploring other avenues for escalation. No customer should be subjected to this kind of treatment.
