First let me say everyone at this store was kind, welcoming, accommodating and literally changed how I felt about Verizon and their customer service. But today I did work directly with Elvis for a couple hours he was very understanding and patient and made me feel much better about making the switching back to Verizon. Thank you to everyone in this store, this isn’t my closet Verizon but the customer service I received today is worth going out the way.
