  Jeff & Arturo were amazing! They helped set up our phone and get us switched over. The store was clean & everyone looked happy to be there.

  I came and today. I had a lot going on and honestly was very disappointed with the service I had recieved since switching to Verizon. First let me say everyone at this store was kind, welcoming, accommodating and literally changed how I felt about Verizon and their customer service. But today I did work directly with Elvis for a couple hours he was very understanding and patient and made me feel much better about making the switching back to Verizon. Thank you to everyone in this store, this isn’t my closet Verizon but the customer service I received today is worth going out the way.

  Definitely one of the best Verizon stores I've been too. Outstanding customer service and attentiveness by Elvis. He did a really good job explaining my options and different plan pros and cons. Had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jeff(manager) as well. He assisted with technical issues with transferring my information to my new phone and more detail oriented I-cloud issues. It was truly a great experience. Will be back to visit this store again when the iPhone 18 comes out LOL

  Here I am......arrived at Fry and 110 location at 1230pm on 9/9/2025..my Samsung S21 PLUS phone suddenly shows No SERVICE on the screen..I enter quietly to the store..CSR approaches me and we discuss the meaning of the NO SERVICE ..he said I will need Tech Support to assist...I agreed..so guess what ? Tech Support is not at this location..I was allowed to use the land phone in the store...the "manager" there insists that my line was restricted for some reason hence the NO SERVICE signal on my phone and proceeded to immediately let me know that there was absolutely NOTHING she can do..of course everyone is hearing her speak to me and I am being looked at as some type of criminal that stole my own phone as she loudly suggests that the FRAUD department may need to be contacted...I was highly embarrassed by all of this yet I quietly waited for the tech support on the land line...within minutes it was discovered that there was NO RESTRICTION on my line or my phone..the troubleshooting came back clear but it was in fact a NETWORK CONNECTIVITY issue....almost immediately the said "manager" disappeared quickly into the back office without a trace....I sat on the land phone with the tech support all the way until 320pm with NO RESOLVE to the issue...NOT ONE CSR asked me a thing or offered further suggestions..they have ZERO motivation here and they all appeared lazy and very much disconnected...It seems like they are not well trained at all and did not seem enthusiastic to be there...almost immediately it seems they are focused more on sales and hustle rather than helping with matters related to the phones already in hand...in the mean time Tech Support wiped my phone clean by doing a factory reset of my phone in the hopes of resolving the issue...like I said that too did not work....the end result was a suggestion to take the device to U BREAK I FIX...I left dejected and left just as quietly as I came in as NO ONE CARED ...NO ONE addressed my needs whatsoever ..what a disappointment...I have been a customer with Verizon for 10 plus years and I must say I think it's time to take my business elsewhere..
