    For 1 i received my phone but they didnt even require signature with delivering you would think with a 1k+ phone a signature would be important on top of that i got my phone the 5th so i came to activate it the 6th and their saying i have to wait until 8th because i received it early so nothing they can do? So on top of wasting my time (40 mins) and gas i have to wait 2 days to activate and use my phone.

    Hey Mr. Or Ms. Manager that works here, I have the guest Noemi Castillo that came to your location on October 28, 2025 at my store complaining that one of your reps didn’t help her set up the phone and I had to help her over an hour in regards with her issues because your little lazy airhead of an employee can’t take 2 minutes to activate her phone, even after the fact she mentioned her mom’s phone was stolen and she needed a phone that instant. Instead they give her a phone that can’t make calls. Either you train your employees better or the employee themselve can go work something that isn’t customer service.

    I am grateful i had someone to help me out to a.point. but I was told I had 14 days to bring it back. A lot of personal stuff happened and I had take it back no issue however I get a bill for 100$ I went back to talk to the person who helped me he said he would take care of it or see what he could do. I thought it was over didn't hear anything.i decided after months to give Verizon a another chance and I couldn't get to see what I was able get they told me I still owe. I can say I have trust issue with this company now
