So on top of wasting my time (40 mins) and gas i have to wait 2 days to activate and use my phone.

A lot of personal stuff happened and I had take it back no issue however I get a bill for 100$ I went back to talk to the person who helped me he said he would take care of it or see what he could do. I thought it was over didn't hear anything.i decided after months to give Verizon a another chance and I couldn't get to see what I was able get they told me I still owe. I can say I have trust issue with this company now
