I can’t discuss inventory over the phone with you right, we have a house full of people”. I understand that the store may be busy, but people shills be requested to drive all over the city and wait for an hour at multiple series just to know if they have the phone or not. As I told her, I’ve called multiple store prior to this location and everyone has provided the information without hesitation. A training on customer service and professionalism would be beneficial for her.
