Mr. Victor is the perfect balance of technical expertise, communication and problem-solving skills, and being a leader to his team by assisting them to provide a great customer service experience for everyone. He made sure that my entire immediate family was taken care of because I had to go back multiple days to sign everyone up and the service was excellent every time. A special shout out to the store owner for having Mr. Victor and the other assistant manager Ms. Alexandra, who was a joy to interact with, work at your store because great leadership starts at the top.
