    had such a great experience at the Verizon store thanks to Victor and Coreigh. From the moment I walked in they were patient, kind, and truly focused on helping me find the best solution instead of just making a sale. They answered every question clearly, made the process smooth, and treated me with genuine care and respect. It is rare to come across customer service that feels this personal and attentive. Victor and Coreigh went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. I left feeling confident, taken care of, and grateful for their help. Verizon is lucky to have a team like this.

    came in because my phone was unusable and in a panic. zeff i believe helped me out so much and was so accommodating. truly turned a crappy day into a better one when he made sure me setting up my new phone went seamlessly.

    I Came here to exchange my phone and ended up facing some technical difficulties. Instead of being met with patience I was bullied by the workers and rushed out of the store as if it was an annoyance to have me there. They start pushing in chairs in front of my face and poking fun at the fact that I was still there despite the fact I was solving the issue myself and not asking for help at all. I was literally minding my business and I got harassed by the workers to leave the store at 7pm just because they wanted to get off earlier. Also there were many other customers coming in and out asking for help and they were not being treated as distastefully as I was. The workers were very rude and impatient. Verizon is the only company I have ever had service with and I have never been treated this poorly at any location I have been to.

    Victor and Yolanda are not helpful. Verizon lured me in to trying Internet for business. Tech came out and attempted to install but speeds were insufficient for our needs so they did not complete installation. They left with all equipment. Despite this, they billed me $649 for “installation”. I have called three times to speak with customer service and waited in total over three hours (yes hours) on hold with no answer. Today I was directed to this location for assistance with a corporate account. Yolanda and victor’s offer: call and wait on hold again until somebody answered. I explained that I had done this already three times. They explained this was the only thing they could do to help.

    Terrible terrible terrible service. I'm on my 5th Wi-Fi extender in the house. Every time I call they keep me on the line for 2 hours trying to troubleshoot pairing with the router and they don't know what they're doing. Hardware and technician orders are dropped and never completed. They make you stay on the phone to complete anything they try to address. I'm locked in for another two years but I think I might just bite the bullet and go to another company and pay off this phone. I have to tell them to document my calls because they never do and I have to start over every time I make a phone call with them. Ridiculous and unprofessional!
