The reason why Im leaving this revue is because the wait was very long and very bad costumer service I was waiting here over a hour with my husband and they completely ignored us and they kept taking other people while we were siting there waiting for someone to take us.
They just lost a deal
would not recommend coming to this Verizon.

So last night I started an application online and when I got to the payment I tried several cards none worked so my cousin said it is an on going issue with them. We get up go there and the guy who was helping me was cool and even the sales manager they are the reason I am giving them a 2 star rating only because you all call me the nail to the cousin because I've put many business out of business in the past while at the BBB & FTC but anyway online it was offering a 8K credit I go in the store only $1.5 K but then they needed to verify the guy from India says oh wait I waited then he just comes on the line and says I didn't qualify they seem happy not to take me on as a customer I was like fine you need me not the other way around so I walked over to T-Mobile I dealt with Francisco (Pancho) it was a very smooth purchase got all my devices and left
But just to have you ALL the unpleasant experience Justin my had a very similar experience but only he ended up getting cut off after the whole scenerio and I know others who have had the same experience
But I will be happy with my 5 lines at T-Mobile while Verizon can kick rocks and soon probably end up out of business
Anyway it the way the river runs I send you all blessings please like the review and photos and video so we can reach more millions and y'all could keep getting free Bibles from us at crglobalbrands
