Some have egos easily bruised, some consider themselves “professional reviewers” and others just love to complain and hear themselves. Bottom line. I’ve been going to this location since before I even moved to Spring, TX. Whenever I’ve had an issue be it billing or wanting to buy the newest device they have never disappointed. Have I had great experiences every time? No … no one is perfect but in the end they make it right or I found out it was my fault. Good store good people.

The senior manager lacks basic customer service skills and is condescending in how he speaks to you. All I went in for was to inquire about making a final payment on my device and ask how I’d receive my final bill- which the senior manager didn’t even know how. Verizon has made it extremely difficult to cancel service with them but I am so glad I’m not with them anymore. High prices and horrible customer service, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I purchased an Apple TV from this store that was apparently sold over a year ago, so when it turned out to be defective, it had absolutely no warranty and on top of that they didn’t even have an option to exchange it. Triple check everything you buy with the manufacturer for warranty.

They just lost a deal would not recommend coming to this Verizon.
