I received my bill with different charges I was not told I would. I only agreed to pay for the connection fee, which the guy there didnt tell me I would get charge until after he was transferring my information to the new phone. I went back to the store and the door was broken and they had a sticker from the city.

I use my phone for work . He didn't even look into my account to try to help he just basically told me to get going . If you have issues with them they will not help you at all
