  I love them they are great Dr Yonkers is amazing she took care of my Timo and is now taking care of my Archie. Benjamin and PJ also amazing !! In reality the whole staff is ! I highly recommend them his VCA !!

  Kimberly… Dr Knight… entire staff… They are living proof that there are angels amongst us! Roxy presented with a challenging situation that required surgery. Kimberly and her amazing staff walked us through the process each step of the way. Dr Knight did amazing work on Roxy’s leg and we are happy to report that she is now walking on her own again. Beyond the amazing service provided, there was real human kindness and compassion. This is more than just a business here! Great people who do great things! Thank you from Roxy and her friends!

  The staff here are awesome. They really care about their fur baby patients. Definitely recommend and they offer great affordable plans.

  0/10 — Absolutely would NOT recommend. If I could give ZERO stars I would! We brought our dog in extremely sick, and from the start everything felt like money over care. The nurse even asked about microchipping during an emergency. They also said they “couldn’t take his temperature” because he “literally jumped” — of course he did, they put a thermometer up his butt while he was in pain. When we offered to hold him so they could try again, the nurse said, “I mean, we can try,” which should’ve been their first approach. They pushed a long list of charges, including an extra $100 just to “interpret” an X-ray. Then they told us he urgently needed a $7k–$9k surgery and even said to “prepare to say your goodbyes.” When they brought our dog back out, he had tears coming from his eyes, his testicles were very red, and he was clearly distressed from sedation. The next morning we went for a second opinion at Pet Check Up, and thank God we did. That vet reviewed the same X-ray and did her own examinations and immediately said he did NOT need surgery — just medication and monitoring. Our dog improved within hours and started acting like himself again. Meanwhile, the original vet called saying he was “curious to see what’s inside him,” even though he insisted the night before that he knew exactly what it was. Even after hearing our dog was improving, he still pushed surgery. That confirmed it was never about our pet — just money. This place was careless, insensitive, and full of pressure. The only good I got out of it was the front desk girls! They were kind and caring! If you love your pets, avoid this place and go to Pet Check Up instead. They’re caring, honest, and won’t force unnecessary procedures. They are only a few minutes down the road from this place!
