- CNCasey NeeJun 3, 20251.0One of the worst cell phone stores I've ever been to! I had a Wi-Fi tower that I was trying to turn back on. The manager told me that it was outdated and told me the exact same Wi-Fi Tower again because he wanted sales. Then he used the wrong address. so,... When I got it home and turned it on it only would work for about 15 minutes and then it froze up. Then when I brought the cell phone tower back to the store he hooked it up and hooked my phone and his phone up... Then said hey see it works! Verizon said that's because he used the address of the store and not my home address that's why I worked at the store. He wouldn't refund me so I had to go to another cell phone carrier!!
