Did nothing to accommodate as I have been a total rewards member for quite some time. Was not lookimg for $. Just to be made whole on the product which was not received. Please try the Cypress,TX location as they are more customer service oriented. Kind regards, Unhappy customer

The technician was arrogant, rude and combative, and the manager was unhelpful. I ended up returning my purchase and wouldn’t recommend their membership or services based on this experience.
