    I had several devices I needed to bring because they weren't operating correctly. Geek squad was great, they are very knowledgeable and able to fix your devices quickly. My daughter had her laptop back that same evening and was able to finish her school work and take it to class early next morning. Everything is running smoothly NO more crashes! Thank you Greenpoint Geek squad! 🤟 you Rock!!

    My name is Noslen Palacios I bought a new refrigerator less than two years ago. 4 months ago it started to not cool down very well so I called Best Buy customer support. They said there was a third party company called A&E service factory and the will do the repair instead. The first technician came and checked the refrigerator and he said it just needed maintenance, but the refrigerator was still not working after he worked on it and the problem kept happening. I decided to call again and they sent another technician. The second technician didn’t find any problems and left. The refrigerator continued with the same problem. I called again and a technician came again and this time he ordered 4 parts which he said might solve the problem. One of the parts took one month to arrive and a technician finally came to repair the refrigerator. However, he said that the cause of the problem was another part that was broken, not any of the 4 parts that he ordered that took a month to arrive. While he was in my home today he showed me the part that was actually broken and began to repair the part right in front of me. The refrigerator is working again for now, but I told him that I don’t want any parts that are simply repaired after 4 months of waiting for the refrigerator to get repaired. I want the part replaced with a new one, not for it to be repaired. After insisting on this, he ordered not only the one part that he repaired, but 3 other new parts that he said were also connected to the problem. This situation has made me very angry because I had to throw away a lot of food during the 4 months that I waited for parts that didn’t even fix the problem. I wasted time on the phone trying to get help and I think this was all very unprofessional not only for me, but also for all the customers that buy appliances at Best Buy every day.
