- NBNicole BlankenshipJan 10, 20251.0Geek Squad Copperfield ruined my phone. I had an I phone SE in excellent condition, but the battery had degraded, so I went to Geek Squad to get a battery replacement. Since the replacement, my phone randomly, but frequently shuts down, reboots, or won’t wake up anymore. I brought it back, but Geek Squad’s standard scan did not show any issues, so all I got is pretty much a shoulder shrug / too bad, too sad. I am not hard on my phones at all and usually keep them until they are not supported anymore, so I was planning on having this phone for much longer. Now it’s no longer usable. Wish I had never come here.

This location wasted our time and we were there for nearly 2 hrs and all they did was mess up a previous purchase and brought over several employees from Leo, Jafri, Kim, and others whom everything resulted in them canceling an order placed at another location over a month ago just to try to ring up a sale at their location. Please Please PLEASE do not go to this location. Poor customer service started with the guy at the entrance door who even suggested himself that we go to another location. Incredible. I’ll definitely contacting corporate.
