It is now June and it still hasn’t been fixed. Past 2 appointments have been cancelled because I recently asked for exchange because 2 separate techs haven’t fixed the issue. Support tells me they can’t exchange until a tech approves it and they have cancelled past 2 appts since I’ve asked for an exchange. Support and techs have no communication between each other either. Don’t buy from Best Buy. Pictures provided are just recent messages from Bestbuy.

- JJJulieFeb 10, 20211.0Apple made an appointment for me to bring my iPhone SE to This Best Buy Geeksquad to replace the cracked screen. The appointment was over a week out so I went into Bestbuy on 2/8 to ask for a sooner appointment. Provided the information and received an appointment for today. When I arrive at my appointment time I'm told they do not have parts for this phone. Said "there's nothing we can do." Although I have an appointment to replace this specific phone screen there is "nothing they can do." So I ask if they can call another Bestbuy to see if they have the parts. The response was "no, they dont answer the phone and we dont have the people to do that." I ask how I'm supposed to get it replaced when Apple tells me to come here? Response, "I dont know, you can go to other Bestbuys and ask them." So then I ask why I didn't receive a call to let me know they wouldnt be able to service this phone. Response "I dont know but we dont have enough people to do that." Horrible customer service.
