  Luis the Manager very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered competitive price prices great family plans, and have a wide range of phones to choose from. We switched from Verizon and he gave us the best deal, phones and accessories. My sister told me about this location so she referred me here. By me doing that I got $25 and my sister got $25. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Luis!!! Thank you.. 🙏🏻

  First time i went and needed an upgrade was cool, I worked with a guy there who was nice, Jonathan. Second time my husband and I went for his upgrade, 9/24/25, some woman was there, Melody, behind the counter tried to charge us for a case and a screen protector without asking if we wanted it, then said "Yea we dont have to ask if you want it, we can just add it on there" We left. This place is close to my neighborhood so I will make sure everyone knows that at this Cricket WHEN YOU BUY A PHONE, they WILL add a case and a screen protector AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT without asking you. I'll put it in Spanish as well. La primera vez que fui y necesitaba una mejora fue genial, trabajé con un chico que era agradable, Jonathan. La segunda vez que mi esposo y yo fuimos para su actualización, el 24/09/25, una mujer estaba detrás del mostrador, Melody, trató de cobrarnos por un estuche y un protector de pantalla sin preguntar si lo queríamos, luego dijo: "Sí, no tenemos que preguntar si lo quieres, simplemente podemos agregarlo allí".
