I recently went to this store to pick up a charger that was promised to me by the store manager for a phone I recently purchased.I was given one in a box for a car charger..When she told me the cost I thought I had heard incorrectly.119 dollars for a charger? I asked did you say 119,and she left me to believe it was 11.95.When I came back to return it,she told me refunds are not given,and she tossed a speaker in.U WANT my 119 dollars back me I'm a senior citizen and wasn't planning on that.I do not recommend doing any business here.If it wasn't such a pain, I'd get a new service.

Warning: Attempted Scam and Dishonest Sales Tactics
My wife purchased a new phone here only two months ago. When it stopped working, she returned to this store. The employee told her the phone was "obsolete" and tried to pressure her into buying a new one for $240 using her Cricket credit.
This was a blatant lie.
She left immediately, went to a different Cricket store, and they fixed the phone in five minutes—it only needed a new SIM card. The phone works perfectly now.
This store's employee was clearly trying to scam a recent customer into a $240 sale for a problem that required a simple, inexpensive fix. Selling a phone and then claiming it's obsolete two months later is ridiculous. Avoid this location.
