  Went in to get two lines, but they messed up porting in our numbers So we ended up with three lines and they said that they canceled one of them. After calling cricket, she said, the lady died and that she didn’t cancel it So our bill was $20 more. She also said that we were getting to watch free, which we told her we didn’t want multiple times but she kept insisting that it was free and that we wouldn’t have to pay nothing for it, even though we kept telling her no. At the end we asked for our receipts and And she gave us the watch With a bag and she said it’s already paid Even though we told her we didn’t want it. She said she was a manager by the way, and she still did all of that We ended up paying about $250 For Extra stuff we didn’t want
