  Went to Cricket Wireless store located at 3040 FM 1960 Houston Texas 77073 me and my brother because my brother purchased the phone on May 7th today is May 22nd while in the store the two Spanish-speaking ladies one which was the older one already had an attitude when we walked in the store my brother explained to them that the charge unit on the phone was not working and the phone was not charging and had stopped Charging the day before the younger female stated that since it had been over 7 days that it was the store policy that they could not replace the phone okay I get policy however the older female was very aggressive by saying we can't take it back we can't take it back I told her I understood that however my brother had just purchased the phone on May 7th 2024 at this point yes my brother was upset and I'd like to add that my brother is 63 years old a senior citizen however he didn't disrespect her at this point the older lady says get out of my store get out of my store and commence to calling me and my brother you broke N word however I kept my composure because looking at her standing there with that flowered Easter shirt and them old dusty jeans with a pair of Crocs on her feet she should really take a look in the mirror before she insults someone however I will be reaching out to upper management regarding her customer service skills and racist attitude and I will also take this further to social media needless to say we will never ever use Cricket Wireless again people beware do not go to the Cricket Wireless store at 3040 FM 1960 they are very racist
