- AAAlina AcostaSep 21, 20241.0My family has had cricket for years and we bought a charger and wire last Sunday and the wire didn’t work: charging was on and off, since we worked all week and today was the first free day we went to return the wire. The sales person never said anything about their refund policies which I just found out they do not have, they will exchange it and has to be the same day. If you cannot guarantee your products that’s means something. The person on the phone was telling the worker there that had to log into the computer to do something and then came out saying their policies: No refund, just exchange the same day. I wish he had told me! Highly disappointed, I won’t ever buy anything from cricket.
