They we're two ladies there i had to approach them to help me.I felt like they didn't even wanted to help me. The lady Vaitiare was the one that attended me she really didn't have any customer service skills . When I decided which phone I wanted i noticed that she didn't ask me for my phone number or my account number at all.. She ring up my phone with a case and screen protector which i didn't ask for at all. I told her I didnt want nothing I just wanted the phone. She got very upset and she starting to yell at me through all the transaction. Just cuz i didn't want to take the other things... Never going back to this location at all. I don't recommend anybody going to this location at all ..
