He was very professional and knows his products and services very well. He was patient with us as we are not teckie and he was glad to do so. The promotions are as advertised, no gimmicks. We left TMobile after 20 years, and coming into Alberto's store was a big part of that reason. I would not hesitate to refer business to him. I have returned to this location 2 years later and the customer service remains outstanding. The Manager, Blanca and Alex took care of us. I had called the day before and was told to please come in and they would help us as before. When we arrived both were familiar with our call and needs. They were awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and patient as well. Totally respectful and made sure the new phones would match our needs. In addition they moved all the info and when we left Alex made sure our new phones were totally ready to go. Both Blanca and Alex made us feel comfortable and welcome. Alex brought us chairs while he got our phones ready and both went step by step and answered all of our questions. We love this place and recommend this location no matter how near or far from you

Didn't write the review right away cause of being in a hurry to get to another. It was just a waste of gas and time and totally inconvenient. That's the only reason for my one star because it's important to know and I think the store itself should make sure everyone can conviniently see the hours or call and hear them on the phone if no one answers, for emergencies such as those when you're desperate to buy a phone on that very day and have no time to waste.
