  My husband called this store and Alberto was professional and knowledgeable on the phone.Alberto took excellent care of myself and my husband yesterday and answered some questions we had today. He was very professional and knows his products and services very well. He was patient with us as we are not teckie and he was glad to do so. The promotions are as advertised, no gimmicks. We left TMobile after 20 years, and coming into Alberto's store was a big part of that reason. I would not hesitate to refer business to him. I have returned to this location 2 years later and the customer service remains outstanding. The Manager, Blanca and Alex took care of us. I had called the day before and was told to please come in and they would help us as before. When we arrived both were familiar with our call and needs. They were awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and patient as well. Totally respectful and made sure the new phones would match our needs. In addition they moved all the info and when we left Alex made sure our new phones were totally ready to go. Both Blanca and Alex made us feel comfortable and welcome. Alex brought us chairs while he got our phones ready and both went step by step and answered all of our questions. We love this place and recommend this location no matter how near or far from you

  This is actually the fastest cricket store I’ve been too it’s always no line YULL BE IN AND OUT ..BUT THEYJUST DONT HAVE MANY PHONES 📱 TO PICK FROM ..IF YOUR BUYING A NEW ONE .. ITS STILL A GOOD CRICKET 🦗 STORE ESPECIALLY IF YOU IN A RUSH 📲
