  Friendly energetic employees every time! —- my previous review from 4 years ago when employees held events, marketed, and treated the customer with dignity. Unfortunately I have to edit this review as it seems vibrant energy is no longer at this location. You don’t even get greeted as a customer I approached the employee on schedule and her attitude was just so bad, it made me turn right around because who in their right mind would spend their hard earned money where they get treated with disscontempt. If you want people to happily purchase from your store then I would recommend a lively and happier energetic environment where the sales rep seems actually pleased to help and not bothersome because all-in-all work professionalism and work ethic’s must still be followed and the customer is always right. Now and days with so many apps that have freelance auditing technology you never really know who’s going or your store no matter what the situation, frok brand ambassador, to auditors, even secret shoppers, to even just regular customers. Customer service etiquette is a must through and through because you never know who you have walking through that door. Please always treat people with kindness, respect, and integrity! —- I never asked for fee’s to be waived of course because I was a former employee as stated in the review, because I am aware that’s out of protocol. I am aware of other methods of purchasing their services or product online but I know that goes straight to the corporation so I wanted to support local businesses. Then as to I know the manger I contacted the manger to notify them of the staff they have on board just to receive the same type of attitude being accused of asking fees to be waived before even looking into the issue. I will no longer recommend this location to family/friends again.
