Awful experience, two employees and no one told me that I needed to ACTIVATE my SIM card. I walked in, no greeting, they barely spoke, paid for my SIM card and then found out I needed to do more than just put the SIM card in the phone.

I am a Cricket customer. Yesterday I wanted to pay my bill, but a young lady that works there refused to take my payment. July 31, 2014 worst day ever! Also worst experience ever. Around 7:30 P.M I was treated like trash by two employees. They do not know how to be professional.They are so disrespectful. Cricket needs to watch out who they are hiring. They do not have good manners. Its was not our fault that they were mad for some reason .They took out their anger on us. Aren't customers suppose to be treated as a family? Definitely we deserve to be respected. If it wasn't for the customers cricket wouldn't exist. Please fix the issue with the employees. They need to work on their patience, manners, professionalism and communication skills. Don't treat your customers the way you don't want to be treated. Thanks to those rude young ladies, Cricket lost one more outstanding customer. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
