  The young man that works there took such great care of me both times I've been in there. It's nice when you get such good service, seems like it doesn't happen often enough anymore. Keep up the good work 😍

  0/5 stars, I was here trying to transfer my line from cricket to another service provider. The sales representative was rude, inpatient, not helpful and rather bitchy for a man .

  The customer service was awesome, store was neat and the staff was very patient and informative definitely recommend you visiting this store if you are a cricket user!

  Kaiser was extremely helpful, he was super patient with us, despite my hard of hearing and sometimes having to ask multiple times to hear right, he was very thoughtful and communicated everything very clearly, we were very satisfied with out visit and will definitely be coming back!

  Came to this location to switch my service to a newer phone. Upon paying $10.81 for an e-sims card, the young man helping me named Kaiser discovered the new device was locked and advised that we now had to switch my phone back to a physical sims card because he failed to tell me that we would need to have an active phone in order to have the e-sims placed back to my old phone because they would need to send me a code. So after paying an additional $10.81 to purchase a new physical sims card, I asked if I would have to pay an additional $10.81 to have the phone activated once I got the device unlocked. Kaiser proceeded to tell me I could go 5 mins in the left or right direction to find another Cricket because they would not service me at the location located at 9282 Cypress Creek Pkwy because they don’t need the problems. I asked as long as I have Cricket services and I enter your store am I not a customer? Kaiser proceeded to call HPD non-emergency line saying I would not leave the store which he had NOT previously requested. As we wait on HPD to arrive I phone a Chief of Police that I personally know asking what I had done wrong. Never raised my voice, never addressed Kaiser in a disrespectful tone or never addressed him by anything other than the name he told me but Kaiser. This whole people having their own franchises so they get to treat people how ever they feel like it except with respect and care is getting way too out of hand. Needless to say I’m outside waiting on these laws for just a few more mins because all I want them to do is roll those good cameras back to see why they were called in the first place. Kaiser two thumbs down and Arrisa the manager you Kaiser called to try to help thank you, but if these are the type of employees you have it makes you look real real bad!!!
