LG SUPPORT WILL LIE TO YOU. (FYi I never did not lose my temper and get loud with the people on-line at any time) Bought a LG gas range last Nov 2024 (at this BEST BUY) and a corner part of the cook top fell off at 11 months old, I'm still paying for the unit. Called LG support (3) times, 1st time they said they would enter the warranty and send me part, follow up 2 weeks later - NOPE NOT SENDING YOU ANYTHING so 2nd attempt talk to a supervisor and they said they would enter the warranty and send me part, follow up 2 weeks late -NOPE NOT SENDING YOU ANYTHING and I was sent on a phone carousel (4 times) trying to find out why, then was told to try ordering a corner piece from AMAZON but can't tell you what you should get, so I requested to complain about this runaround and was told someone would call you back in a couple of days - NOPE
Contacted Best Buy their response
I’m sorry, but we can’t do anything as we are not the authorized party for the product. The manufacturer will be taking care of this.

Had a very abrasive and uncomfortable customer service experience with two of the reps. They continued to push the best buy membership onto us asking us “why we would want to loose money” “why would we want to throw away money” “this could be a really nice dinner” even after repeatedly saying no thank you. This is definitely what not to do if you’re trying to sell an annual membership…

I visited the store off Old Katy Road around 4:00–5:05 PM to process a refund for a mouse I had purchased online. Josephine assisted me at the checkout counter and was exceptionally polite and professional. She handled the refund efficiently and was very patient throughout the process. I truly appreciated her kindness and effort—thank you for the excellent service!

Came into this store just to purchase an iPad for my company and I just got ignored. Workers would look at me and not even ask if I needed help or even greet me. Then I ask if someone could help me and with a snarky attitude, they tell me that all workers are occupied and someone was already called to help me .
Everyone has a look on their face like they don’t even want to work haha
I wanted to just step out and leave to another BestBuy but it’s the closest to my job .

If I could give him zero star, on Sunday I would go around the store to find a game from my play 5 and one of the workers would talk to him and ignore me and I know that I would listen to him because I would follow him with my eyes and when he saw that he was watching him, I told the other he wants a game, he behaved as rude as I would ask him, I am a customer or you could say he was a customer, my money is worth everywhere, then another saleswoman would attend to me badly and I am not wanting to harm the store, but they should. If we hire people who can deal with their day to day, we all have bad days, but the work is respected, the client is respected because of our money we buy, the store lives, I would do a cleaning or rather a hidden customer supervision so that they can see how their workers behave, it is sad to arrive at a store where you are going to look for something and they will reluctantly attend you and I could say who they were, but I really leave them to the fate of the company, but not to me. They get a peso back, my money is worth here and wherever.
