  They didn’t have the fuse I needed, but gave me a good idea where to get it. I always leave Best Buy satisfied and have bought many electronics from them.

  Geek Squad fails to meet minimal expectations. I watch a Buddy purchase a Google Chrome laptop and gave this along with 2 of his HP laptops to GS requesting documents be moved to the new laptop storage. Preferably Google Cloud or wherever since no hard drive. He tells them he’s not a computer guy and doesn’t want to be. They tell him no problem and to call back tomorrow. Next day he can’t reach a person by phone. Returns to store they tell him come back next day. He returns they tell him can’t be done. Frustrated he tells them keep Google Chrome laptop he’ll find another option. Geek Squad can’t handle this?

  My debit card was used to purchase an item from this store . The employee did not check for an id or any form of identification . Very very unprofessional now my bank won’t refund me any of the money used for this transaction!!!

  I visited Best Buy yesterday, excited to purchase a new desktop computer. I was assisted by a very friendly and knowledgeable associate who was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. When I was ready to check out, he mentioned he would find someone to assist me at the register. Unfortunately, after waiting about twenty minutes with no one coming to help, I had to approach another associate myself to complete the purchase. While I’m very happy with the desktop I purchased, my checkout experience was disappointing. The associate who helped me at that point had a noticeably negative attitude and showed little interest in assisting me, which left me feeling frustrated. I regret not noting the names of both associates, as I would have liked to specifically recognize the first individual for his excellent service. Overall, I left the store pleased with my purchase but disappointed by the way the checkout process was handled.

  Had a delivery scheduled for 2 weeks after we purchased a tv to have it installed because that’s what was available. Day of install I get a text saying my appointment needs to be rescheduled because they “arrived” but never heard from me. Do not get the delivery/installation. They will do neither
