Recently went to Best Buy on 1/9/25. I was approach by a worker named Kevin F. Was very kind and gave a lot of advice and recommendations for laptops. He told us it wasn’t his department but he still helped us anyways, I appreciated the help and left with a good product!

I called to asked for a price match from Walmart. An employee by the name of Niranenjan picked up after Along wait. I ask him a simple question, but he kept on talking to other ppl and I have to repeat the question multiple times. He then looked up a dirt bike I want to price match. He told me he can't because the model # doesn't match. I told him it's the same model, then he corrected himself . He then said he can't do the price match it because of the color. I respectfully asked him to speak to a supervisor. He ignored me and said he won't do the price match. I asked him again to speak to the supervisor because they would usually do a the price match even if it's the color. He then said the supervisor is busy and he won't answer me but he never even tried to get the manager. I then asked for the employees name. He mumble so I asked him to spell the name. He mumbles again and again and asked me why do I need his name.
Best buy please train employees better or get rid of ppl that don't do their job correctly. I was being very respectful and just want to speak to a supervisor. That's it. Thank you
UPDATE 12/9/25- The agent I chatted with told me the TV was actually cheaper than what I had purchased it for the first time so I saved $100 in the new order. They refused to honor the price, I guess I got lucky so changing it from one star to 3 stars only because they had better pricing.
***ZERO STARS*** They cancelled my order without warning and refused to honor the price. I could not make it to pickup my order due to inclement weather and they still refused to let me purchase and honor the price I paid for initially. The manger was rude and unprofessional. I WILL BE CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARD AND GOING TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
