  I ordered apple airpod max over their website. Was supposed to be delivered by Fedex. On the delivery day nobody showed up but at the end of the day I got a notice my package had been delivered with no proof of delivery. I live in a gated community with ring bell camera and I was able to confirm nobody came. I checked with other people in the subdivision and many people had experienced the same problem with best buy orders. It seems FedEx drivers steal some of the packages. I contacted Best Buy to get a refund and I was told online I would get a refund. In the meantime I went to the best buy store to buy the Apple Air Pod Max again, not trusting delivery anymore and thinking I was going to be reimbursed, but then 3 days passed and Best Buy changed its mind and told me they would not refund me and to contact the police. I checked with best buy customer service again, and they then told me they would refund me after I filed a police report. I then did file a police report and notified Best Buy with police report number , but even after contacting best buy multiple times again, they still have not refunded me. I have bought so many things from best buy over the years, it's frustrating to see how they treat loyal customers. I will never spend one dollar over there anymore.

  Friendly sales staff but many items are not available in this store. Need to go to other Bestbuy stores nearby

  location is great. you find everything you need. staff is a hot or miss. sometimes you get the nicest and most helpfully and sometimes no so helpful.

  I tried to procure new computer complete with oversized screen and new printer. Unfortunately no matter where I went and who I asked it was not possible to find someone to assist me with my choices. Best Buy has really gone downhill with their customer service and satisfaction Just received what appears to be a standardized response asking me to come back so they can help me. It appears Best Buy has no real idea what actually goes on in their stores. The staff just sits around in various little groups talking and don’t want to get up and help people even when a customer asks for help. They just point to an area and say it’s over there or claim they’re already working with someone and wait for you to walk away. I have no interest in going back for more of their customer non- service
