Donna was not kind or helpful. Got into the conversation that didn’t involve her and then when we proceeded to ask her for help she questioned why we needed her help when we were told to go to her for customer service. Donna was rude and unpleasant. Terrible service from her.

They sell MTG boosters at a pretty good price. Got my Final Fantasy play boosters for 6.99 a pop. Recommend heading over for sure.

I had the worst experience here at this location with a manager. I was there with my wife looking at which is the best option for the best work laptop for her. I was just trying to see what’s the best option for me as a paying customer which I have the right to and then I asked the employee what was the price match policy if they can assist me with that no one wanted to help me so I asked for the manager. I searched the policy online and he came and was very defensive very rude. Very unprofessional. You know I have the right to want to save money in price match and I’m gonna invest in something I have the right as a buyer to want to make sure if I can save some money. The issue was how rudely he handled everything and how he was very dismissive He was so bothered for me asking about that. He says that none of that matters nothing matters online or on the website. I ask him if he can show me or explain to me the price match policy super rude he walked away, asked for someone above him, and then he got really upset and then lied to me and made up a name when I decided to start recording and asking for more assistance. All the other employees mentioned there’s another general manager by a certain name of Nathan and then another manager. After him, walking away being rude and as a sign of ignorance, once he’s realized that I was escalating with another employee he realize his mistake and then decided to come and try to talk to me and sweet things out and try to apologize after he just realized that he noticed he was in the wrong and I wasn’t screaming or anything. I’m a very competent person and I understand the field of retail. I’m not here to mess with someone’s livelihood, but I hope management can see and reprimand this guy the way he acts towards customers specially good paying customers. I know it feels good to be important, but it’s more important to be nice

If I could give one star, I would. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I went in to ask for help with a device I purchased, and the employee started laughing at me and looking at me all dumb. This is not the first time this has happened. Customers should never be treated like that. Management seriously needs to address this because the way they treat people is unacceptable.

Avoid this location at all costs! I am a long-time, loyal Best Buy customer, but the experience I had at the West Oaks store was absolutely appalling. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered, and their management team is either completely incompetent or intentionally making up their own rules.
I went in to price match an iPad from Target, which is a standard, universal Best Buy policy. Before heading over, I even confirmed with Best Buy chat support that the price match was valid. However, as soon as I arrived, the "supervisor" who looked like a kid and clearly didn't know the rules shut me down immediately. He wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. He claimed they "don't do those" and even had the audacity to say his Regional Manager told him no.
It was a blatant lie. I contacted Best Buy chat support again while frustrated, and they were just as confused as I was, eventually advising me to just go to a different location. I went to a nearby Best Buy shortly after, and they processed the price match in minutes with zero issues.
It’s not just the "kid" supervisor, either. There is an older "manager/supervisor" there who honestly seems like he belongs in a nursing home rather than running a tech store. He struggles to perform basic tasks in the system; a friend of mine recently had to wait 45 minutes just for him to find an item.
The lack of empathy and basic professionalism at West Oaks is upsetting. They treat loyal customers like a nuisance. This location needs a total management overhaul before they run the business into the ground. Save yourself the headache and drive the extra few miles to a location that actually knows how to do their job.
