The older lady that was at the counter around 3:20-3:40PM for pick up and customer service with the little two stranded twisted braids of two or three tone colors, her energy and her attitude is very nasty. How rude do you have to be to not only talk over me and your coworker who are having a conversation that didn’t have anything to do with you at the anymore, but also to completely disregard the fact that you had a customer that you were assisting in front of you while you’re yelling over me and your coworker? I came in to ask that young man to cancel my order at the end of the day that conversation had nothing to do with you because I asked you to do it before I left out of the store the first time. Her listening skills are very low. I stated that the drive was far from my house and that I could not cancel the order in my app two or three times.
