Been a long time since I went to Best buy 😀 what's excited it was easy to get in and pre-order something I wanted to get but I was able to get my pre-order but not the bonus that comes with it they ran out and couldn't do nothing about it sadly but it was still a nice place with awesome people 🙂

Unfortunately I’m going to have to tie in Best-Buy into this review because they allowed someone with no decent morals to work there. I was in the store wanting to buy an Oura ring however was stopped by an AT&T associate by the name of Dean H. He convinced me to switch to AT&T with the promise that I’d be able to use some the promotional credit value from one of my kids line to help pay off the phone I just got with Verizon. He lied to me just to get the sale and then when I tried to call him to address the issue he ignores my call and will not get back to me. On top of the lying and terrible customer service from AT&T the coverage is absolute garbage. I highly do not recommend AT&T whatsoever. I would go back to Verizon in a heart beat if I could.
