Very poor customer service. You are met with someone by the front door and get sent to a table by that person. You wait and wait and wait and wait until someone says have you been helped? What? The techs are helping multiple customers. They don’t even say “we are assisting another customer and will be right with you.

I agree with the comments saying go somewhere else if you’re having issues with your phone. My iPhone had issues with the inside of the screen, something broke internally but didn’t show externally. Which is apparently common with the new iPhone 16, it’s fragile and not worth the money.
Anyways, they repaired it and about five days later condensation appeared in all my cameras FROM THE INSIDE!!
I have had many versions of the iPhone and despite damaging past phones I have never experienced WATER in my phone, especially after taking it in for a repair.
When this was brought to their attention, they took no responsibility and essentially told me it was likely my fault? How? I didn’t drop it in water, and there were no cracks for water to enter in since it was damaged internally.
This is a brand new iPhone 16, I barely had it for a year and now it’s almost on its last leg.
I had my iPhone 11 for about three years, and never had an issue; never broke the screen.
Part of my problem is with Apple itself, which is out of control of the tech people. However, their negligence and disrespect have earned a one star review from me.
It goes to show how quality in Apple products and customer support have significantly gone down, yet prices are astronomical to the everyday person.

Pocos profesionales muy rudos ,se me rompió el audífono derecho y no quisieron cambiarlo dos empleados después le dije al mánager y se alineó con ellos no quisieron cambiarlo me querían llamar al de seguridad tremendo problema para yo comprar el auricular derecho nunca pedí que me lo regalaran en fin me dijeron que no fui al Memorial City y me vendieron el auricular en menos de 15 minutos me atendieron amable profesional y resolvi el el otro deberían respetar mas los clientes y ser más profesional parece una estación de policía la misma actitud Apple siempre es amable con su público a esa no voy más si quieren buen servicio vallan a Memorial City very profesional

The staff here is rude and the girl who waited on me looked like a person out of a dinosaur movie with that hair, didn't want to listen I just wanted to buy another air pod but she wanted to send it out to fix I'm the customer if I want to buy it let me. She walked away because she was being bitchy
