Don't come here. I went to replace a device, and without even checking my account, they told me it would take 3 hours. And according to Apple, I have coverage for accidental damage, express hardware replacement, and priority access. 🤔

Customer service is fantastic but brand new 17 pro max does not come with a charger and different than the 1-14. Why do they keep changing it where nothing works with others now I have to have 3 different chargers . One for phone, one for watch and one for Ipad. So upset with them. I so wish I had started with an android.

Terrible service. I bought 4 iPhones, and the salesperson was too busy helping other customers to properly assist me. Because of her negligence, I never received a receipt for one phone. Completely unprofessional and careless, especially for such an expensive purchase. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If anyone is experiencing difficulties with their phones, please do not come to this Apple Store. I recommend driving to the Woodlands. We came in Dec 14 , 25 to get my mom’s phone fixed . It was locked ? First things first we were supposed to have an appointment at 11 that a technician “chewy “ Set up for my mother from the previous day. That was not done. We had to get in line again. I will say we only waited about 10 minutes. They sat us down. Another person came out to help us was NOT helpful whatsoever at all. I kept telling him what had been said to my mom the day before and he still told her that she had the incorrect paper from T-Mobile because he probably thought we were doing something sketchy and that’s why the phone was locked, but we were providing a T-Mobile bill She was still paying the phone . He said that that was not enough that we had to have a paper with the serial number of the phone so went back to T-Mobile and they told us that they where not able to print that out anymore.
But somehow, we ended up in the Woodlands thankfully. Everything that they were asking for at this Apple Store they didn’t ask in the Woodlands and they attended us pretty fast and got the problem solved in less than 10 minutes.
MUCH BETTER STAFF A THE WOODLANDS AND MORE ACKNOWLEDGEABLE ! Again please think twice before coming here .
