  THEY WASTE YOUR TIME. They make you set up an appointment when you walk in just to be waiting while they stand around looking at eachother like a bunch of lost dogs… I went in super early to make sure there wouldn’t be a line of people bc when the place is full and I’m waiting for 30 minutes that’s understandable. But if you opened 10 min ago you already wasting my time it’s absolutely unacceptable

  Terrible experience at this Apple Store location on 03/08/2026. I had walked in to get my AirPods looked at by one of their tech’s, and was scheduled for an appointment for an hour later. I came back to the store for the appointment at the scheduled time, since I received a text saying they were ready for me. Then I proceeded to wait another half an hour before I decided to finally leave. There’s no point in scheduling an appointment if it’s going to be another minimum 30 minute wait. I saw only two employees actively helping customers that were waiting at the “Genius Bar” while I saw many more employees just hanging out at other tables in groups of 3, not helping any customers at all. This location would benefit from stronger management and perhaps more direct customer engagement. I will never come back to this specific location for Apple product support.

  I went on a Monday afternoon because my phone I losing charge rapidly. I was told to scan a QR code and then wait on a wooden stool. No communication, it’s like sitting at a restaurant and not being served. Terrible customer service. I’m better off buying a used phone than waste my valuable time sitting around waiting on kids that lack any sense of urgency or customer service skills.

  I don’t understand how this store can consistently provide the worst user experience. I’ve lived in the area 4 years and been here maybe 7 times. The only thing that’s consistent is that every single time I leave here I’m so frustrated. If you break your phone they don’t have the part, but you can go to the galleria. If I lived next to the galleria I would just go there. Today my goal was simple. Walk in and walk out with an iPhone. Not possible at Memorial. Zero 17 pro or pro max’s available. You can’t give this store $1400 with your life depended on it. So instead i bought an economy iPhone. No help to set it up. Someone’s noticed me trying to set it up up and steered me in the right direction. I never thought I would ask an apple store where the nearest place that sells iPhones is, but that happened today lol TLDR; galleria good, memorial bad

  Apple employees are LAZY. Do no help set up new devices as needed, no knowledge. Reset my new phone as i was buying a new one without letting me know i would need my old phone to sign into my gmail accounts on my new phone. LAZY LAZY LAZY
