Disappointed by the service at the Apple Memorial City store today. I took my wife in to celebrate her upcoming birthday by purchasing a new iPhone 17 Pro Max, but the experience was completely ruined by an employee named Byron. While we were waiting at the phone table, he walked by asking if anyone needed help. The moment I said we did, he rudely cut me off mid-sentence, stating he had to help the people just walking in the door instead.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated as a secondary priority when you’re already in the store ready to make a major purchase. This is definitely not the level of respect or "premium" service I expect from @Apple.🍎👎

Terrible customer service. Wanted to buy a case, screen protector, and wall adapter with Apple account cash for my new iphone 17 Pro Max. First my transaction went through with my apple account and then tried to use my husband's gift card and it rejected. So we decided we needed to split the transaction for some bullshit reason that only one account can make purchases for a transaction. Rep put account money back to my account and then it wouldn't charge for new transaction multiple times. Their "solution" was I had to call apple to access the money since now it's not accepting in store. Like HELLO YOU CAUSED THIS PROBLEM! You fix it, I am literally looking at a human being that says they can't help me since it's my account. Like what? Now I'm without a phone case, screen protector or wall adapter. What in the living hell are we paying people to do if they can't even work around the payment system with the apple account!!! All this while 35 weeks pregnant by the way and reps didn't ask me to sit down or provide any support. Incredible disappointed in this store.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a serious issue caused by a recent iOS update on my iPhone.
I purchased this iPhone approximately three years ago, and I finished paying for it only about one year ago. The device has never been dropped, damaged, or exposed to water.
After installing the latest official iOS update provided by Apple, my phone completely lost cellular signal and has not recovered since. I visited the Apple Store, where the store manager confirmed that this is a software-related issue originating from Apple’s update.
Despite this acknowledgment, I was told that I must pay $550 for a repair or replacement. This is extremely unfair, as the issue was caused by Apple’s own software update, not by any misuse or damage on my part.
I believe it is unreasonable and unethical to force customers to pay such a high fee or to push them toward purchasing a new device due to a known software defect.
I respectfully request that Apple take responsibility for this issue and provide a free repair or replacement, or another fair

Apple Store at Memorial City is always packed, especially around the holidays. I went on December 22nd and the wait was long, but the staff was friendly, attentive, and handled the crowd well. The store looks sleek and well organized—just be ready for a lot of people lingering and slowing things down.

The only reason I will give this store 4 stars is because of an employee named Todd. He was very nice and helped me out. The manager that's was on duty he would have gotten a 1 star if that was my only experience. Overall for a busy store during the holidays they had more than enough staff to help the large crowd inside.
