I was told by the guy who was checiking me in that it wasnt somethig I could do at the store. Today I'm on the Apple website and it specifically says that going into the store and using a device their is an option to reset your password. If he didnt know what I was talking about, he should have just asked one of his colleages or just been honest and say he wasnt sure of what I was talking about, instead he went on to explain something about me needing to show proof of purchase of the item of my old phone. Bro really blew mines. I'll be trying my luck at another store today.

I went in to unlock a computer, and although the process took a couple of hours, the technician who assisted me was very kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help resolve the issue. When it became clear that additional support was needed, the technician called the Store Manager, who stepped in and handled everything very quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and effectiveness truly made the difference. I especially want to thank the Store Manager for his support and for solving my problem. Without a doubt, a first class service. Totally recommended!
