I went in two days ago around 2:20/2:30pm. It was not busy and was quiet in the store. The check in guy was cold and rude when asking about my issues with my phone. I did not get his name but it was a young Asian man. He was talking to me like he was in a rush and did not have any patience for his job. There was no one in line behind me until later so it was not like there was a long queue to trigger his impatience and rudeness. Very disappointed because this has been my go to store for years, maybe things have changed with this store because I have not been to this store for while. Next time I will go the galleria location. Better parking and better service.

I've always had positive experiences at this store, but today was disappointing. I visited to explore trading in my iPhone 17 Air (purchased 3 months ago) for a Pro model. I knew it was a long shot since Apple doesn't currently offer trade-in values for current-gen iPhones. The manager, Rob, explained they couldn't process a trade-in or return outside the 14-day window, which I expected and understood. What I didn't expect was his comment that "14 days is more than enough time" to make that decision. When I pointed out that's subjective, he doubled down, implying I should have been more diligent. I get that policy is policy. But there's a difference between explaining a policy and blaming a customer for not meeting it, especially one looking to spend more money. Rather than offering alternatives or simply apologizing that he couldn't help, Rob chose to lecture me on what I should have done differently. That's poor customer service, plain and simple. A manager should know better.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 stars) Overall, this is a solid Apple Store experience, with a few things to keep in mind. If something is wrong with your device and you need a Genius Bar appointment, know that availability is very competitive. In my experience, appointments are often booked out three to four days in advance, so plan accordingly. On the positive side, every time I come in to purchase accessories, laptops, or other devices, I’m consistently helped by great staff. I usually work with a woman named Samantha, and from what I understand there are several associates with that name, so I’ll just say all the Samanthas seem to be doing an excellent job. Everyone is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. This store is very busy most of the day, so if you’re expecting a quiet or leisurely shopping experience, this probably isn’t the location for that. That said, I’m always well taken care of and typically in and out quickly, especially if you can visit during off-peak hours. For a high-traffic Apple Store, it does what it needs to do and does it well.

I just finished visiting this store for probably the fifth time over a few years. Each time I felt like I was treated as a guest and well, despite my tremors. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a salesman or whatever they call them in the Apple world named Roman. Roman was great in getting me what I needed, which was exchanging my old Apple, six watch and iPad seventh generation for gift cards. He low-key tried to strong-arm me into purchasing or subscribing to or whatever Apple TV, but was unsuccessful. But I ain’t mad. Overall, I’m always impressed by the store and their salesmen.

I didn’t have a good experience at this location. The employee who assisted me was very dismissive and immediately told me I needed to buy a new phone without checking my device or asking any questions. He stated it was because my screen was cracked, despite not running any diagnostics or attempting to assess the issue. I went to another Apple Store the same day and had a much better experience, where the staff actually listened and evaluated my phone. I expect better customer service, especially when it comes to technical concerns.
