    I recently visited the Apple Store regarding a sudden screen failure on my 2024 MacBook Pro and was quoted $880 for the repair. Unfortunately, my interaction with Senior Manager Kevin Suarez was extremely disappointing. He was dismissive, rude, and showed little interest in addressing my concerns or providing any form of customer support. His attitude alone would make me hesitate to return to this location. On the other hand, Jack, the technician who initially assisted me, was professional, helpful, and genuinely tried to find a solution. Unfortunately, he was limited in what he could do since the final decisions had to come from management. Customer service should reflect Apple’s reputation, but this experience did not. I would strongly caution others about visiting this store while this manager represents it.

    I walked in, was greeted immediately and asked what I was in store today for. I asked for a new iPhone 17 was helped very quickly. Friendly employees. Had a good experience. Second time at this location and was great!

    I paid for the iPhone at once and added the third one, which is too much. This time it‘s more, and Apple can also pay in installments! They didn’t tell the customer that the customer didn‘t have basic water! I still have to go next door to ask for water.Thank you for letting me know my birth certificate.Update my new ID,They told me that I couldn‘t find all the information about my 10 year data, which made me so disappointed.All of this is set up,I have an Apple 17, and I’m 14 now. I won‘t look for 6. I think my phone number will come back,I want a number, the number I like, the number I love, powerful, my desktop computer!The security guard here, I asked him two questions, and he answered me rudely!

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store in Highland Village. The staff came across as dismissive and uninterested in helping resolve my issue. Instead of offering solutions, I felt rushed and treated as if my concerns were an inconvenience. Customer service should reflect professionalism and respect, especially at a flagship store representing such a major brand. Unfortunately, the attitude I encountered felt arrogant and unwelcoming, which made the entire experience frustrating.

    My 3 month old new iPad Pro stopped responding randomly this morning—just a black screen. I took it into the Genius Bar at this location. First, everyone I interacted with had the worst attitude. The geniuses were clearly just too important to help customers and I watched fairly appalled at how rude numerous geniuses were to elderly people waiting for help. After running diagnostics on my new, physically perfect iPad, they told me that it seemed like a manufacturer’s defect with the screen. But instead of just replacing it like Apple used to do, the only option to fix my new iPad now is to send it out for repairs. It’ll take at least 7 days and they wanted me to have take more time out of my workday and come back and get it when it’s ready. I explained that this was unacceptable and that my family uses this 3 months old iPad for various things throughout the day. The genius proposed that I just buy another cheaper iPad, and then come back and return it within 14 days and hopefully my iPad would be ready to pick up by then. Right, because after spending more than $1k on an iPad that doesn’t work through no fault of my own after only 3 months, I’m going to spend even more money and need to take even more time out of my work schedule. I’ve been an Apple loyalist for almost 2 decades, outfitted my businesses and houses with Apple devices almost exclusively, but I am so disappointed in this new “send out for repairs” only option and the overall service at this store.
