  En Marzo 27, visité esta oficia y solo quiero dejar mi opinión para q los trabajadores puedan ser más empaticos con sus clientes. Este día ya era mi 3ra vez en esa oficina pienso q sea el manager la persona q me atendió de la más manera más frívola, esta persona sencillamente no quiso ayudarme en el q era mi derecho como comprador me dieron justificaciones sin sentido, además me sentí ignorada y discriminada pues me dijo q hablara con otra persona en español, me dio la espalda y se marcho. Vendedores que no saben lidear con las personas, no deberían tener ciertos puestos. Suerte para los próximos clientes

  Absolutely amazing service at the Cricket store! I stopped by the Cricket store today and was helped by one of the most professional, patient, and genuinely kind guys I’ve met in a phone store. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly smile and made sure I was completely taken care of. He didn’t rush me, took the time to explain all my options clearly, and even helped me set everything up before I left so I wouldn’t run into any issues later. You can tell he actually cares about his customers — not just making a sale. He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and confident about my new phone and plan. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it honestly made my whole day better. If you ever need help at Cricket, ask for him — you’ll walk out smiling, too.

  They say supposedly "UNLIMITED" but it's not ....limited .....don't spend your money on their lies! I bought the netgear box and now I paid alot for something I used for a while... And I called and took it in and still no one has been able to help... 😡
