  I had a really disappointing experience with this phone repair shop. The staff were unhelpful, and it felt like they didn’t really care about fixing my device properly. After paying for the repair, my phone still had the same issue — and when I went back, they tried to charge me again instead of taking responsibility. The communication was poor, and the service took much longer than promised. Definitely not a place I’d recommend if you value your time and money.

  Never go to this shop, and never pay them in advance, because you won’t be able to get your money back if you’re not satisfied. And I’m sure you won’t be satisfied. I don’t know whether this place is actually a professional phone repair shop, but my experience here was terrible. Read the other customers’ comments and reviews about this shop and be careful before you decide; as for me, I will never go back. It’s not by chance that the shop has a low rating and such bad reviews. At this shop, every time you want a repair they make you schedule multiple appointments just to meet the technician (or possibly the owner), and then after a single attempt, if you’re not satisfied you just have to accept it. The way the staff and the repair person speak and their attitude are very rude and disrespectful. This shop locates inside Heb right at the entrance
