  Went in today because I had a problem with my new phone. It somehow glitched out and only let me put the finger print and not the pin code. It somehow had one on there. It also shut down and restarted and I wasn't through setting up the phone. The battery wasn't low, so it didn't make any sense. I spoke to a representative in this store. She said her name was Carla. Black hair and stark green eyes. She told me that I, did in fact put in a pin code. No I didn't. She said she couldn't restart the phone because you have to put in a pin code. I asked for her boss. She said that she was "Corporate ". Whatever that means. What it means is you have a boss! She said I would have to take it to a cellphone repair shop. I did. It took the guy at ubreakIfix about 30 minutes to fix it. Yes you CAN get into the phone and reset it to factory without a pin. If Carla is "Corporate" she should know that. He said these particular phones sometimes glitch and do that and when they do the phone picks a default pin. He also transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone. I feel like Cricket should have done this too. He said that she should have done this instead of arguing with the costumer. It's her job and she should know it and do it. Poor customer service all the way around.

  Right before Christmas eve I came into the store for some trouble-shooting on my phone & the lady's were soooo0 kind to stop their lunch break to help me out. 5 *****
