  If you got Cricket then this the store you need to be at and if you aint got Cricket then you need to switch up to Cricket and go see Cherish!! Let me tell you, she aint gonna let you leave until she knows you are all set with everything you need and with killer prices. I was able to bring my number from Tmobile to Cricket, add another line, get 2 new phones, and the headphones i’ve been looking for everywhere and without it killing my pockets. My girl also told me about Cricket Protect which I made sure I got to make sure these phones is protected. And did I mention that my bill is now HALF the price it was when i was at Tmobile!! She is Amazing. Y’all better go see Cherish and let her take care of you!

  If you’re looking to buy a phone or just need help with your current one, this is the location to visit! Be sure to ask for Cherish — she’s absolutely AMAZING. I came in beyond frustrated after somehow getting locked out of certain features on my phone thanks to my 3-year-old nephew playing with it. I had actually stopped at another Cricket store first, but received poor service once they realized I was there for assistance rather than to purchase a device. I chose to leave, and I’m so glad I did because it led me here. Cherish was incredibly patient and understanding, especially with my limited phone knowledge. She took the time to explain what had happened and walked me step-by-step through how to fix it if it ever happens again. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude completely turned my day around. Because of her outstanding service, this will definitely be my go-to store from now on. I’ll be back next month to purchase my twins their first phones — and I’ll be asking for Cherish! Great atmosphere, great attitudes, and exceptional customer service all around!
